November is National Fire Safety Awareness Month. In order to implement fire safety publicity and education, further strengthen the "prevention first, safety first" fire safety awareness of property staff and owners of the community, create a good living environment, and lay a solid foundation for the creation of a safe and harmonious community, Hengxing Property projects have carried out various forms of fire safety drill activities to escort the fire safety of the community.
 
All departments are involved
 
On November 9, the future city Property Service Center organized the staff of various departments to carry out fire drills, and the participants included the customer service Department, the Engineering Department, the Environment Department, and the Order Department. At the drill site, everyone practiced personally, in order to improve their fire prevention awareness.
 
One lift, two pull, three aim, four press

in order to further improve the staff's fire prevention and control ability and emergency response ability, on October 16, Taihu Yayuan Property Service Center organized the practical operation training of fire extinguisher extinguishing real fire and fire hydrant pumping real water. Fu Lizheng, project manager of Taihu Yayuan, demonstrated and explained the use of the extinguisher: one lift, two pull, three aim, four press, and organized everyone to use the fire extinguisher in turn for on-site fire fighting practice.
 
Alternate drill
 
On November 16, Hengmao Lake Property Service Center organized a fire drill. The team members took turns practicing the use of dry powder fire extinguishers and the connection of fire hose. Through the drill, we enhance people’s awareness of fire safety, and make people use various types of fire extinguishing equipment skillfully, and improve the staff’s organization and handling ability of fire fighting work
 
Tense, orderly and comprehensive
 
On November 29, the International Metropolitan Property Service Center organized a fire and elevator distress drill in the fourth quarter of 2023. Xie Xiaohong, the project manager of the International Metropolis, is  the general command. She required all staff to do detailed fire and elevator safety work ,in order to improve the staff’s fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities. The whole exercise activity was tense and orderly. And it comprehensively tested the team's emergency response, command and coordination, and assault and rescue capabilities under emergency conditions, and further improved the staff's safety fire awareness and fire self-rescue skills.
