In order to enrich the leisure life of community residents and create a harmonious and warm community cultural atmosphere, in the hot summer of July, various communities served by Hengxing Property have launched outdoor film festivals to share a beautiful life with the owners and their families and preserve happy moments.

On the evening of July 11th, the International Metropolis Property Service Center held a movie screening event called "Outdoor Movies into Communities, Sharing Good Times with Neighbors". The property staff prepared a movie called 'Little Soldier Zhang Ga' for the owners and their families, and carefully prepared cooling foods such as ice cold noodles, fruit pancakes, sour plum soup, etc. for the owners to eat for free. Everyone is sometimes quiet and silent, sometimes laughing heartily. The neighborhood atmosphere is warm and harmonious.

Honggu New City Property Service Center invites China Merchants Bank Changgu Branch to jointly carry out the "Happy Neighborhood Festival" outdoor movie watching activity. At the event, snacks, cold drinks, popsicles, and popcorn can be eaten freely. The dramatic plot of the animated movie "White Snake: Floating Life" creates a lively and tense atmosphere on site. Fading away the exhaustion of the day, accompanied by twinkling stars, this movie came just in time.

On July 17th, Tangshan Metropolitan Jiayuan Property Service Center organized an outdoor screening of the movie "Mekong River Action". The property staff also prepared sweet and refreshing watermelons and distributed them for free to the owners who came to watch the movie. The scene was filled with a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

Outdoor movie events are one of the important measures taken by Hengxing Property to create a harmonious and warm community, aiming to provide homeowners with diverse community living experiences. In the future, we will continue to listen to the voices of homeowners, plan and carry out more community cultural activities, and make our homes better.
