On January 11, 2019, the 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Nanchang City Association of Materials and the Welcome Association was held. Nearly 400 representatives from the property associations and industry stakeholders attended the event. At the meeting, Nanchang City's “Property Management Demonstration Project”, “Top Ten Project Manager”, “Training Practice Base”, and excellent production safety team and team leader were awarded.

Hengxing Property Greenland Yuecheng Project won the honorary title of “Nanchang Property Management Industry Training Internship Base”, Greenland Yuecheng Safety Production Leading Group won the honorary title of “Safe Production Excellent Team”, Director of Order Department of Hengxing Property Greenland Yuecheng Customer Service Center Xiao Jun was awarded the honorary title of “Outstanding Team Leader of Property Management Safety Production in Nanchang City in 2018”.
