Hengxing Property Winning Bid for Property Service Project of Jiangxi Tax Bureau

On June 6, 2019, through public bidding, Hengxing Property successfully won the bid for the property service project of Bayi Square office area of Jiangxi Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, relying on its excellent quality and good reputation among many competitors.

The office building of Bayi Square of Jiangxi Taxation Bureau of State Administration of Taxation consists of office building and office subsidiary building. The office building is located at 399 Square South Road. It was put into use in 2002. It covers an area of 3318.60 square meters and has a building area of 31361.59 square meters. It has 16 floors. Among them, the 1st-9th floor belongs to the training center within the system, with 98 rooms, catering rooms and catering rooms. Conference rooms and other facilities and equipment, 10-15 floor belongs to the office building, 16 floor for the conference room.

There are 140 offices in the office building, the first floor and the second floor are equipment rooms and underground parking lot.
