Take the Red Army road again and carry forward Jinggangshan Spirit
Golden autumn refreshing, osmanthus fragrance eventually diffused, full-bodied. In this charming season, Hengxing property's 2019 Jinggangshan red study tour officially begins! A total of 48 persons, including directors of all functional departments, deputy project managers and directors of Hengxing property, climbed to Jinggangshan to trace the footprint of the Red Army and recall the red history.
Day 1
On the morning of October 10, 48 people from Hengxing property and its group set out from the head office by bus on time to Jinggangshan, the revolutionary base. On the way, the administration and human resources department carefully prepared drinking water, carsickness medicine, emergency medicine and wonderful interactive games for you. We took turns to introduce ourselves and show our talents, enhance mutual understanding, and make a good start to this learning journey.
After five hours of trekking, we arrived at our destination safely. After lunch, after a short rest adjustment, the first class field red experience teaching officially began. Under the supervision and guidance of the two instructors, the 48 member group of Hengxing property group consists of two independent groups, namely "Hengxing group" and "Liangjian group", and they have carried out the competition with each other, and finally successfully completed the team challenge projects, such as Tieji education, decisive bamboo nail array, and victory meeting.
Hengxing property manager, who lives in a modern and prosperous metropolis, took this opportunity to experience the life of the Red Army for half a day. In the birthplace of the "three disciplines", he experienced the hard course of the Red Army in that year, realized his wish to be a red army, improved his execution, strengthened his cohesion, and felt the style of the old generation of proletarian revolutionaries.
Day 2
On the morning of October 11, Hengxing property administration and human resources department organized MBTI personality test, which considered personality from four aspects: the direction of ability source, the way of information collection, the preference when making decisions and the attitude towards life, providing an opportunity for everyone to reexamine themselves.
Shi Zhihua, deputy general manager of Hengxing property, shared the PPT of "improving team execution". Mr. Shi discussed from tasks, attitudes, responsibilities and results, and explained in detail how to improve team execution.
Xu Xiaoyan, deputy general manager, shared financial related knowledge with you from the aspects of document filling, deposit refund, all kinds of reimbursement, enterprise identity, loan contract, etc., providing help for you to master basic financial knowledge.
In the afternoon, the 48 member group of Hengxing property successively came to Jinggangshan Revolutionary Museum, Jinggangshan revolutionary martyrs cemetery and the former residence of Mao Zedong in Ciping to learn the history of Jinggangshan revolutionary struggle, mourn the revolutionary martyrs, further understand the connotation and essence of Jinggangshan spirit, learn the broad mind of the older generation of revolutionaries, firm their ideals and beliefs, and cultivate the spirit of daring to struggle and sacrifice.
Day 3
Due to the rain the night before, on the morning of October 12, the mountain was foggy and the visibility was less than five meters. After about a quarter of an hour's detour along the Panshan Road, the bus finally reached the Huangyang boundary safely.
The fog on the mountain is too heavy, and it's still drizzling. We walked slowly all the way, step by step, followed the road the Red Army had gone through, and visited the trenches and mortars the Red Army had fought in that year.
Recalling the Yellow ocean defense war that the commentator talked about when visiting the Jinggangshan Revolution Museum, I have a sense of immersive presence, and more admire the revolutionary spirit of the older generation of revolutionaries who fought bravely to defeat the enemy under such tough conditions and relied on the masses to win.
The original plan was to wear the Red Army uniform to go back to the trawling path that Zhu and Mao had led the Red Army through and visit the old residence of Mao Zedong in Dajing. However, due to time constraints, it was a little regrettable. However, Mao Zedong's brilliant quality of being diligent in learning and brave in exploration is always worth learning.
