Good property manager, caring homeowner

On the afternoon of June 22nd, Mr. Xiong, a homeowner of Future Urban Community, came to the property service center with a banner to thank the property manager Meijing and all the property staff for their hard work and thoughtful service. Mr. Xiong is out of town all year round, and his butler Meijing takes care of the house on his behalf. He always insists on opening windows for ventilation on sunny days, closing windows on rainy days, and regularly removing dust. For Mr. Xiong's needs, Meijing has responded to everything and provided solutions, allowing Mr. Xiong to feel the warmth of Hengxing Property's service.
 


On a leisurely summer day, cicadas chirp and return home. On July 10th, Ms. Chen, a homeowner of Future Metropolis Community, brought a banner to the property service center to express her gratitude to the property manager Meijing for her warm and thoughtful service. Ms. Chen's password lock at home ran out of battery and could not be used due to long-term absence. Meijing quickly rushed to help solve the problem and replaced the lock with a new one after investigating various reasons without success. Ms. Chen highly recognizes Meijing's attitude and efficiency in handling issues.
