The Most Beautiful Property Manager | Thoughtful Protection Makes Service More Warm

In July 2024, the selection results of the "Most Beautiful Property Person" 12th Property Management Industry Photography and Micro Video Exhibition, guided by the China Property Management Association and jointly organized by the "China Property Management" magazine and local property management industry associations, were released. The photography work 'Like' selected by Nanchang Hengxing Property Management Co., Ltd. has been successfully shortlisted.

Caring for residents living alone and the elderly in residential areas has always been a regular task for the customer service centers of Hengxing Property. In the photo, Hu Wenhui, an engineer from the International Urban Customer Service Center, took a group photo with the owner Wan Po Po after fixing the faucet at her home.

Hu Wenhui joined Hengxing Property in June 2018 and has been with them for 6 years now. Current engineering supervisor.

Grandma Wan lives in Unit A, Building 10 of the International Metropolis Community and is already 90 years old this year. Due to living alone for a long time, Grandma Wan has already treated the property staff as family members and will promptly inform the property manager if there is a need.

In November 2023, the faucet at Grandma Wan's house malfunctioned. She called the property manager and said she wanted to replace the faucet with one that could produce hot water, and entrusted the property manager to help purchase it.

After receiving the task, the engineering master Hu Wenhui immediately rushed to the scene to help Granny Wan solve the problem, replaced her with a new faucet that could produce hot water, and tested the relevant circuits. Looking at the brand new faucet, Grandma Wan happily gave the camera a thumbs up. Before leaving, our staff also reminded the elderly not to hesitate to contact the property management if needed.

Owners have a call, and the property has a response. "Faced with the tedious and complex engineering maintenance work, our engineering master Hu Wenhui responds with a call. Whether it's sunny or rainy, day or night, he is always able to rush to the site in a timely manner to solve problems. With his diligent attitude and year-round perseverance, he has delivered a satisfactory answer to the owners.

Here, it has to be mentioned that the photographer of this shortlisted photo is Golden Gold, the customer service manager of the International City Customer Service Center. Huang Jinjin joined Hengxing Property in August 2021 and has been there for three years now.

Over the past three years, Huang Jinjin has been busy with his own work and has also captured countless unforgettable moments with his camera, such as the busy figures of property management staff during the epidemic, the warm interactions between homeowners during community cultural activities, and the diligent moments of on-site maintenance by engineering personnel


Property management work is not divided into four seasons. Walking in the community, property staff at various positions stick to their posts, using their hard work to create the most beautiful living environment for homeowners and bring a comfortable service experience. And the photographer also used the camera and lens in his hand to record their diligent work.
