Racing against time to repair and safeguard the "drainage system" for property owners

[News from this website] (Zhang Heping) From March to April this year, seven consecutive incidents of underground pipeline ruptures occurred in the Greenland Yuecheng residential area, seriously affecting the normal lives of the property owners. Faced with the emergency situation, the engineering team of the Greenland Yuecheng Property Service Center responded quickly, conducted emergency excavation, worked tirelessly, and restored smooth drainage at the fastest speed, winning praises from the property owners.

In mid-March, the sewage pipes of Building 79 and Building 61 were blocked due to the subsidence and rupture of underground sewage pipes. Immediately, excavators were dispatched to the site, and an operation pit was dug to a depth of over 2 meters. In the confined space, silt was removed and damaged pipe sections were replaced. The operation lasted for over 10 hours, and the drainage was restored the next day.

In early April, the fire main pipes of Building 75 and Building 22 leaked due to a disconnected underground fire pipe joint. The team formulated a plan overnight and organized large-scale mechanical road excavation. The pipeline repair and reinforcement were completed in just 2 days.

In mid-April, there were two pipe network leaks on the sidewalks outside Building 3 and Area C, preventing normal sewage discharge. Maintenance personnel gave up their weekend rest and started excavation and emergency repairs at 6 a.m. They coordinated with drainage equipment for simultaneous operations, re-laid nearly 10 meters of pipes, backfilled and compacted the area, and restored the road surface. After two days and one night of continuous emergency repairs, the drainage issue was completely resolved.

According to statistics, from March to April this year, emergency excavation and repair were carried out at 7 locations, with a total excavation length exceeding 30 meters, and the average time for restoring drainage at each location was less than 24 hours. The property service team of Greenland Yuecheng has minimized the impact on the lives of property owners with the operational efficiency of "quick discovery, quick response, and quick repair", and has worked hard to maintain the "lifeline" of drainage in the community.
