The ability improvement and expansion training activity for grassroots managers in Hengxing Property has successfully ended

【 Website News 】 (Yang Shuxian) In order to enhance the service awareness and professional skills level of the company's grassroots management team, and enhance the comprehensive quality of the management team, Hengxing Property held a "Hand in Hand and Live Up to the Spring" themed training activity at the Hengmao Yuquangu Hotel in Jing'an from April 12th to 14th. A total of 45 people, including Zhang Yongfei, the assistant general manager of the company, members of the quality department and administrative personnel department, as well as project supervisors, participated in this event.

On April 12th, the sun was shining brightly and the air was fresh. Everyone, come to the Yuquan Valley Hotel Golf Course. On the Green Field, everyone played golf shot by shot showcasing their love fou spring,althoutgh not everyone knows how to play.

 


 

Expanding training quality improvement

 

This expansion training will be delivered by Zhang Xiaorui, the manager of the quality department. Starting from the basic modules of property services, Manager Zhang analyzed the relevant work standards and requirements for customer service, cleaning, order, and general services in the process of property services, and listed the common mistakes that supervisors often make and the qualities they need to possess to be good supervisors based on specific cases.

 

Customer service

 

As a property customer service personnel, how can I enhance my service awareness? Why should we enhance service awareness? Based on different work scenarios, Manager Zhang conducts multi-dimensional analysis and analyzes specific issues from the perspective of customers, inspiring property customer service personnel to think differently, constantly practicing the guiding ideology of "business first, service first", improving service awareness and quality, and improving customer satisfaction.
 


Cleaning class

 

Manager Zhang provided a comprehensive explanation of cleaning services from the perspectives of analyzing the current situation of property cleaning, improving the three services provided by cleaning personnel, managing cleaning tools with 6S, and monitoring the three levels of cleaning supervision, so that students could understand and remember firmly.

 

Order class

 

Safety management is an important part of property service work and cannot tolerate any carelessness. In order to enable the students to have a more thorough understanding of the course content, Manager Zhang adopts an interactive approach with the students, allowing them to combine theory with practice based on the actual situation of their project, and freely discuss their understanding of project risk management and emergency response standards, thereby deeper accepting and recognizing the important position of safety management work in property services.

In response to the improvement of the abilities of department heads, Manager Zhang first listed some common flaws that supervisors are accustomed to, such as being afraid to take personal responsibility, focusing solely on results, and neglecting ideas. As a grassroots manager in the company, the supervisor plays a crucial role as a "connecting link" and cannot tolerate fraud.

 

So, how can one be a good supervisor? Manager Zhang briefly summarized the qualities that a supervisor should possess through an analysis of their goal management skills, proactive communication skills, team leadership skills, and deployment guidance skills: planning, organizing, hiring, commanding, and controlling.

 


 

At the end of the training, Zhang Yongfei, the assistant general manager of the company, summarized the training activity.

 

Mr. Zhang first fully affirmed the performance of all members participating in this training activity. Mr. Zhang pointed out that this training activity aims to further stimulate the management ability improvement of grassroots managers in various projects, empower them with learning, develop cohesion, and create a more professional management team.

After completing the substantial and beneficial training, on April 14th, everyone arrived at the national AAAA level tourist area - Sanzhaolun National Forest Park. The students strolled among the green mountains and waters, feeling the tranquility of nature and leaving beautiful memories in this spring.

 

Everyone is close to nature, experiencing the beautiful spring scenery, adjusting their physical and mental state, expanding their horizons, relaxing pressure, and dedicating themselves to work with more enthusiasm and state, contributing their vitality and wisdom to the development of Hengxing Property.

 

Through a three-day enriched itinerary, the 2023 executive level expansion training activity of Hengxing Property has come to a successful conclusion. In the refreshing spring breeze, the grassroots managers of Hengxing Property have firm confidence, boosted their energy and spirit, strengthened their execution ability, and jointly embarked on a new journey, empowering the smooth development of property service work in the future, striving to write brilliantly and live up to expectations.
