Caring for the owners and fulfilling their duties with due diligence

On the morning of November 2, 2024, Ms. Huang, the owner of Unit A in Building 8 of the International Metropolis Community, presented a banner to the International Metropolis Property Service Center, thanking property manager Li Pingying and order team member Hu Nianhua for their dedication and responsibility towards the owners.

 

At around 6pm on October 11, 2024, Ms. Huang sent her six-year-old daughter to the downstairs of the residential unit to let the child go home by herself, and then went out to do some business. The little girl couldn't open the door when she got home and ran downstairs crying. Upon seeing this, Hu Nianhua, a member of the property service center's order team, approached the little girl and inquired about the number of buildings and units she lived in, as well as the room number. She also actively contacted the property manager Li Pingying in her jurisdiction to verify. After receiving the call, Li Pingying immediately rushed to the scene to confirm the situation and, together with Hu Nianhua, sent the little girl to her family.
