On June 14th, the Greenland Yuecheng Property Service Center held a grand cultural event themed "Dragon Boat Festival with Zongzi, Harmonious Neighborhood" at the Yuecheng Commercial Center Square. Fourteen cultural performances took the stage in succession, and over a thousand property owners gathered for a feast intertwined with traditional culture and neighborhood warmth.

The variety show featured diverse program types and distinct styles, fully showcasing the artistic flair and cultural confidence of the property owners. Residents and merchants from the community participated wholeheartedly, covering a wide range of artistic forms such as dance, martial arts, instrumental music, vocal music, and catwalk. The activity of making Zongzi was carried out simultaneously. 200 property owners participated in two rounds in an orderly manner, preparing traditional Dragon Boat Festival food. On June 17th, the International Metropolis Property Service Center organized a "Loong Boat Festival" themed event, titled "Intense Love for the Loong Boat Festival, with a wonderful 'Zongzi' experience." Residents of the community gathered together to celebrate this warm and festive occasion through traditional folk customs. The event featured two main activities: a Zongzi-making competition and a free mobile phone screen-protecting service.

The zongzi-making competition is only open to residents of this community who register at the property service center. On the day of the event, participants will be grouped and called to compete according to the order of registration. The property service center will provide raw materials such as zongzi leaves and glutinous rice. Each participating resident will have a limited time to make 8 zongzi. The competition rules will be based on a timed competition, and after the competition, the champion, runner-up, and third place will be selected and awarded exclusive prizes. The finished zongzi can be taken home by the participants.

In addition to the Zongzi-making competition, a free mobile phone screen protector service was also held simultaneously. Professional staff provided on-site screen protector application and maintenance services for homeowners' mobile phones. Many homeowners expressed that making Zongzi by themselves revived the sense of ritual for traditional festivals, and the mobile phone screen protector service was also very practical.

The Loong Boat Festival approaches mid-summer, with days getting longer and the weather getting clearer. On June 14th, the Future Metropolis Property Service Center organized a heartwarming event themed around the Loong Boat Festival, celebrating the early summer with homeowners and their families through folk customs and fun interactions. Fresh mugwort leaves and calamus were given away for free to all homeowners; handmade DIY mosquito repellent sachets were both practical and fun; and a fun game of throwing into a pot added to the festive atmosphere, with participants who successfully hit the target receiving exquisite ceramic cups as gifts.

05 Warm Dragon Boat Festival, Skillful Hands Making Zongzi 丨 Century Garden

On June 16th, the activity room of the Century Garden Community was filled with the fragrance of zongzi leaves and the sound of laughter and chatter - the "Deep Sentiment for Dragon Boat Festival, Skillfully Making Zongzi" competition organized by the property service center kicked off in a lively manner. The owners sat around the long table, weaving neighborhood warmth and celebrating the traditional festival amidst the flying green leaves and snow-white glutinous rice.

The participating homeowners, with fingers as dexterous as butterflies, folded the zongzi leaves into a funnel shape, scooped rice, filled the filling, compacted, and wrapped the threads, all in one smooth motion. Some focused on "speed", wrapping more than ten angular zongzi in just ten minutes; others emphasized "exquisiteness", deliberately creating beautiful spiral patterns on the corners of the zongzi. After an hour of competition, more than three hundred zongzi were wrapped. One homeowner suggested, "Give the extra zongzi to the elderly living alone in the community!" The property management staff immediately responded.

To create a warm and festive atmosphere and foster closer neighborhood bonds, Hengmao Huijing Property Service Center, in collaboration with Qingying Community, organized a themed event titled "Handmade Artemisia Flowers, Warmly Welcoming the Dragon Boat Festival". Prior to the event, all necessary materials such as fresh Artemisia, calamus, colorful ribbons, prayer ornaments, and exquisite tassels were procured to ensure smooth preparations. At the event venue, the fragrance of Artemisia lingered, creating a strong festive atmosphere. 08 Fragrant Zongye Greets Dragon Boat Festival, Neighborhood Harmony and Happiness Unfolds 丨 Honggu New City

The fifth day of the fifth lunar month is the Loong Boat Festival. The Honggu New City Property Service Center organized a "Zongzi-making competition" themed "Fragrant Zongzi Leaves Welcome the Loong Boat Festival, Happy and Harmonious Neighborhood Sentiment". The property owners gathered together to enjoy the joy of making Zongzi.

The zongzi-making competition is organized into groups of six, with each group having a competition time of 3 minutes. Within the 3-minute timeframe, some participants made 9 zongzi, some made 10, and the top participant made 12. After 9 rounds of intense competition, one first prize winner was selected and awarded a electric oven; two second prize winners were selected and awarded a bag of ten pounds of rice; and three third prize winners were selected and awarded a bottle of cooking oil.

There was also a fun ring-toss game at the event, where participants could take home the small gifts caught in the rings, adding even more joy to the festivities!
